Im a big fan of slouch basketball racer tops (like the kind your boyfriend wears:)) there is a real sex appeal in that large cut exposing just the right amount of skin. And this neon yellow polka dot print racer top really plays on that! I also gave it neon zombie stitches to play on the polka dots for an electric flash of color.
